I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with spotless rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the pools, hot tub, and gym. The parking was convenient and free for guests. The location was perfect, as it was right next to the pedestrian mall filled with a variety of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. It was so convenient to be able to walk to all these places and not have to worry about driving around this amazing city.

The hotel facilities were great, with free parking and convenient elevators from the parking garage to the hotel. The location on the downtown mall was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to restaurants, bars, and shops. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even bringing a microwave to our room upon request. we were impressed with the hotel's cleanliness, facilities, parking, location on the downtown mall, and the friendly staff.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, right on the historic downtown Pedestrian Mall. We loved being able to walk to nearby shops, restaurants, and movie theaters. The hotel facilities were great, including the clean swimming pool and comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even bringing a microwave to our room upon request. The free parking in the garage was convenient, with elevators directly into the hotel. we couldn't have asked for a better stay in this city.

The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the downtown area, as it is situated right on the famous pedestrian mall. We were able to walk to most of the locations we wanted to visit. The lobby was beautiful and provided a spacious and open environment with lots of natural light. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with a refrigerator included. Additionally, we enjoyed the hot tub/pool, which was open and allowed us to reserve a time slot. The pool room had a tiered look and offered stunning views of the city.

I had a fantastic stay! The hotel is conveniently located in a great area for shopping and dining. The lobby is beautiful and the rooms are clean. The staff, including those in the bar and at breakfast, were incredibly friendly. The temperature in my room was super comfortable and the bed was one of the best hotel beds I have ever slept in.
